Automatic programming system development for model forming surface machining

摘要 快速计算优质、高效且稳定的模具型面数控加工刀具路径是当前模具制造领域的重要问题。以汽车覆盖件拉延凸模型面数控加工为研究对象,分析并优化其加工工艺,固化数控加工工步及其参数,基于PowerMILL和易语言软件开发了模具型面数控加工自动化编程系统。实际使用证明,该系统可以有效地积累工艺知识,提高编程效率,保持切削质量的稳定性。 It is an important problem that calculating high quality, efficiently and steady NC tool path of the model forming surface in an efficient way in the area of the model manufacture. The thesis focus on the NC machining of the automobile Cover Die Molding, analyzed and optimized its machining technics, formed its machining steps and parameters, developed the automatic programming system for model forming surface machining based on PowerMILL and Yi language software. By using the system, it is proved that the machining technics can be accumulated, also, it will improve the NC programme efficiency, keep the stability of the machining quality.
