犬源弗氏柠檬酸杆菌的分离与鉴定

Isolation and identification of Citrobacter freundii from dogs

为了阐明影响伴侣性动物化脓性疾患的病原,本研究从学院附属动物医院无菌采集1份患子宫蓄脓犬的子宫分泌物进行病原分离与鉴定。通过菌落形态观察及革兰氏染色、生化试验和16SrRNA基因序列分析,结果鉴定为弗氏柠檬酸杆菌。抗生素敏感性试验结果发现,该分离菌对麦迪霉素和氨卞西林耐药,对氨曲南、头孢唑林、头孢噻吩等抗生素中度敏感,对头孢哌酮、头孢曲松、头孢吡肟等抗生素高度敏感,为防治伴侣动物相关疾病提供参考依据。

In order to clarify the associated pathogens of companion animal suppurative diseases,uterine secretions from a patient pyometra dog at animal hospital affiliated to the college were collected sterilely for pathogen isolation and identification.The isolate was identified as Citrobacter freundii by bacterial isolation and culture,colony morphology observation and Gram’s staining observation,biochemical test and 16S rRNA gene analysis.Antibiotic susceptibility results showed that the isolated bacterium is resistant to Maddie and ampicillin,moderately sensitive to aztreonam,cefazolin,and cefoxitin,highly sensitive to cefoperazone,ceftriaxone,cefepime and other antibiotics,providing reference for prevention and related diseases control of companion animals.
