船用中速柴油机嵌入式机旁监控系统研制

Development of Embedded Local Monitoring and Control System for Medium-Speed Diesel Engines

介绍了船用中速柴油机嵌入式机旁监控系统的研制,包括总体结构、系统硬件及软件,并进行了监控系统的船用中速柴油机实机试验。试验表明:所研制的嵌入式机旁监控系统实现了柴油机运行参数监测、起停、调速和压力温度监测、自诊断和远程诊断等功能,为船用中速柴油机机旁监控系统的工程应用提供了技术支持。

The development of an embedded local monitoring and control system for marine medium-speed diesel engines is present,including the overall structure,hardware and software of the system.The monitoring and control system was tested on a marine medium-speed diesel engine.The test results show that the developed embedded local monitoring and control system could realize the functions of monitoring the diesel engine running parameters,starting and stopping the engine,regulating the speed,monitoring the pressure and the temperature,self-diagnosing and remote-diagnosing,which offers technical support for the engineering application of local monitoring and control systems for marine medium-speed diesel engines.
