荧光试纸材料的研究进展

摘要 荧光试纸法是以纤维类纸基作为载体,并基于荧光探针材料与被测物质之间的反应来实现对被测物的快速检测方法。相比仪器测量方法,荧光试纸具有携带方便、操作简便、成本低等优势,近年来被广泛应用于各类检测对象的测试研究。根据荧光试纸材料的结构特点,介绍了不同类型荧光试纸的制备及其应用进展。 Fluorescent test paper is a new kind of simple,sensitive and accurate tool for the determination of substances to be measured.Fluorescent test paper material is supported by fiber paper as a carrier,and the fast detection of the analytes is based on the reactions between the analy tes and fluorescent probes.Compared with instrumental methods,the test papers have many advantages,such as convenient to carry,easy to operate,low cost.In recent years,fluorescent papers have been widely used in the analysis for various substances.In this paper,several types of fluorescent paper and their applications are briefly introduced according to their structural characteristics.
