摘要
家庭财富的快速增长产生了全面建设小康社会理财需求,从而推动了家庭理财的技术创新;金融企业和科研院校分别采取"分业—混业"、"节点—网络"创新机制,实现高端理财技术创新,为高端人才培养奠定技术基础;企业、学徒等行为主体依托技术创新的人力效应、能力效应推动人才培养模式创新;人才培养措施方面,企业主导岗位培养和技术创新研发推广应用则是技术创新背景下现代学徒制特色办学的必然选项。
The leap-forward growth of family wealth has promoted Families′ great financial demand,which has generated the power of financial management innovation;Financial enterprises and research institutes adopt the "separate-mixed industry" and "node-network" innovation mechanism to realize high-end financial management technology and comprehensive financial management technology innovation,laying a technical foundation for high-end talent training.Enterprises,schools and apprentices have impacts on technological innovation through human effects and capacity effects;In terms of talent training,enterprise-led post training and technological innovation and application are the inevitable choices for modern apprenticeship in the context of technological innovation.
