在现代学徒制培养过程中,政校行企四方是重要的参与主体,并承担着不同的系统功能,角色的定位也存在一定的差距,但是在具体的运作过程中,四者之间也能够实现密切的联动配合。在对现代学徒制已有现状进行深入分析的基础上,创新现代学徒制培养模式,提出了四方联动下创新现代学徒制培养模式的对策。

In the process of modern apprenticeship training,the four parties of government,school,enterprise and industry are important participants and assume different system functions.There is also a certain gap in the role positioning,but in the specific operation process,the four parties can achieve close linkage and cooperation.Therefore,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the current situation of modern apprenticeship,this paper innovates the cultivation mode of modern apprenticeship,and puts forward the countermeasures to innovate the cultivation mode of modern apprenticeship under the linkage of four directions and multiple factors.
