摘要
自建语料库,借助Hyland建立的元话语分类模型,对比分析医学英文期刊研究论文摘要和综述论文摘要中的互动式元话语。研究发现,研究论文摘要中使用的互动式元话语频率多于综述论文摘要;研究论文摘要中所使用的自称语明显多于综述论文摘要,而综述论文摘要中所使用的模糊语及介入标记语明显多于研究论文摘要。笔者结合语料,就研究结果进一步分析了两种语类中互动式元话语的使用差异,以期能够给医务工作者进行相关学术写作提供一定的帮助。
Based on a self-established corpus,the paper adopts the meta-discourse model built by Hyland to make a contrastive analysis of the use of interactional meta-discourse between the abstracts of medical English research papers and review papers.It is found that the frequency of interactional meta-discourse used in the abstracts of research papers is higher than that of review papers.The self mentions used in the abstracts of research papers outnumber those of review papers.The abstracts of review papers employ significantly more hedges and engagement markers than research papers.With the corpus,the present paper further analyzes the differences in the use of interactional meta-discourse between these two genres,in the hope of providing some help to medical workers in relevant academic writing.
