循证医学在住院医师规范化培训胃癌教学中的应用

Application of Evidence-based Medicine in Standardized Training of Residents in Gastric Cancer Teaching

胃癌诊治涉及多学科知识,既需要综合治疗,又要求个体化治疗,是住院医师规范化培训胃癌教学中的难点。将循证医学思维引入住院医师规范化培训胃癌教学中可取得良好效果。结果显示,在开展循证医学带教的实验组中,多项指标高于常规临床带教组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。循证医学思维对提升住院医师的综合水平具有一定价值。

Diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer involves multidisciplinary knowledge,which requires both comprehensive treatment and individualized treatment.It is a difficult point in the teaching of gastric cancer in the standardized training of resident doctors.We have introduced evidence-based medicine thinking into the standardized training of resident doctors in gastric cancer teaching and achieved good results so far.The results show that in the experimental group of evidence-based medicine teaching,many indicators are higher than those in the conventional clinical teaching group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Evidence-based medicine thinking is of certain value in improving the comprehensive proficiency of resident doctors.
