摘要
教师资格国家考试在设计理念和具体执行中存在技术理性的倾向,从而有可能会导致考试目的与手段不能匹配,也使得"假性教育教学能力"者顺利通过考试,影响了考试的区分度,损害考试的公信度。及时消解教师资格考试技术理性倾向带来的问题,需要强化对考生专业学历的考察,加大对考生反思性实践能力的考核,重视考试目的与手段的匹配,关注考生教师核心素养的日常养成。
National Examination of Teachers'Qualification boasts a technological rationality trend in its designing concept and practice process,which may result in the mismatching of test purpose and method,making those with"pseudo-education abilities"pass the exam,thereby affecting the distinction of examination and impairing the credibility of examination.In order to solve the problems caused by the technological rationality trend of teachers'qualification examination,it is necessary to examine candidates'professional backgrounds,strengthen the assessment of candidates'reflective practical ability,lay stress on the matching of the purpose and methods of examination,and keep eyes on the daily formation of students'professional pedagogic accomplishments.
