食品消费转型对农民增收的启示——基于对“隐性农业革命”的检验

摘要 近几十年来,我国居民食品消费结构开始转型为更多的对禽类、肉类、蛋奶等高质量食品的消费,由于这种转变是隐蔽的,农业经济学家黄宗智称其为"隐性农业革命"。通过对近二十年的数据检验发现,我国的食品消费结构转向了禽类、蛋奶等高蛋白、高质量的食品,而且这种食品消费结构转型促进了农民的增收,同时这种增收效应近年来开始减缓,但并不表明食品消费转型的增收潜力消失了,这主要是因为我国的农业劳动生产率低。因此,应通过大力发展农产品加工业,调整农业生产结构,促进农业与二、三产业的融合,保障农业劳动力的合理流动,以此提升农业劳动生产率,促进农民增收。 In recent decades,the food consumption structure of Chinese residents has begun to transform into more consumption of high-quality foods such as poultry,meat and egg milk.Since this change is hidden,agricultural economist Huang Zongzhi called it “The recessive agricultural revolution.” Through the data test of nearly 20 years,it is found that the food consumption structure in China has turned to high-protein and high-quality foods such as poultry and egg milk,and this food consumption structure transformation has promoted the increase of farmers’ income,and this income-increasing effect has been in recent years.Come and start to slow down.However,it does not mean that the income growth potential of food consumption transformation has disappeared,mainly because of the low agricultural labor productivity in China.Therefore,by vigorously developing agricultural product processing industry,adjusting agricultural production structure,promoting the integration of agriculture and secondary and tertiary industries,and ensuring the rational flow of agricultural labor,upgrading agricultural labor productivity is an effective way to increase farmers’ ncome.
