摘要 西藏特色产品是在西藏独特的区位优势下,依托特色产业对区域特色资源开发、生产和销售的产品,是区域特殊资源的物质形态的转化和加工。近年来,在党和国家的大力支持与帮助下,西藏特色产品企业取得了很大的发展。伴随着市场的日益开放,西藏特色产品企业也同样面临着激烈的竞争,如何在竞争中求发展,进一步提高西藏特色产品的市场覆盖率,提升特色产品的知名度是特色产品企业亟待解决的问题。借助SWOT分析法,对西藏特色产品企业所面临的营销环境进行优势、劣势、机会、威胁分析,以期为进一步构建西藏特色产品企业营销体系提供依据。 The Tibetan featured product are the products developed,produced and sold on the basis of the unique geographical advantages of Tibet,and are the transformation and processing of the material forms of regional special resources.In recent years,with the strong support and help of the Party and the government at all levels,the enterprises with Tibetan featured product have made great progress.Along with the opening of the market,the enterprises of Tibetan characteristic products are also facing fierce competition.How to develop in the competition,further improve the market coverage of Tibetan featured products,and enhance the popularity of the featured products are the problems that the enterprises of Tibetan featured products need to solve urgently.With the help of SWOT analysis method,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the marketing environment faced by Tibetan featured products enterprises,and provides the basis for further constructing the marketing system of Tibetan featured products enterprises.
