摘要
医院作为城市中不可或缺的服务机构,承担着治病救人的重担,医院中的医务人员整体业务水平和素质都是评判医院好坏的重要标准,所以做好医院的人力资源管理,对于医院的发展有着重要意义。面对21世纪人们生活水平的提高,对医院的服务质量、医疗水平也有着更高的要求。因此,医院的管理应进行相应的改革,而现有的人力资源管理也是改革的重点之一。基于此,对医院人力资源管理信息化建设方面进行简单介绍,并对建设过程提出一些建议。
As an indispensable service organization in the city,the hospital bears the burden of treating patients and saving lives.The overall business level and quality of medical staff in hospitals are important criteria for judging the quality of hospitals,so the hospital’s human resources management is good for hospitals.The development is of great significance.Facing the improvement of people’s living standards in the 21st century,the hospital’s service quality and medical level are also higher.The management of the hospital should respond to the new era and make corresponding reforms.The existing human resource management is also one of the key points of reform.This article is a brief introduction to the hospital’s human resources management information construction,and put forward some suggestions for the construction process.
