摘要
中国经济的高速发展带来了大气污染、石油资源紧缺的问题,国家发布的《"十三五"国家战略性新兴产业发展规划》中,将新能源汽车产业纳入重点发展项目。对新能源汽车的补贴政策和现状进行回顾,以新能源汽车行业的龙头企业比亚迪汽车为例,分析比亚迪近五年的财政补贴收入和研发支出费用,得出政府的财政补贴对企业研发有着较强的推动作用的结论,为政府日后着眼开展新能源技术创新提供有效的参考方向。
The rapid development of economics causes the air pollution and the petroleum shortage.The government publishes the policy called《The 13th five-year plan strategic emerging industries development》 and weaves the new-energy automobile industry into key development projects.By reviewing the subsidy policy and the recent situation.What’s more,take the leading enterprise-BYD as an example,analyze its subsidy income and research and development expenditure from 2012 to 2017.It shows that the subsidy has a strong promotion to enterprise’s technological development.And it also provides effective reference for government to boost the new-energy technical innovation.
