摘要
通过建立动态模型,研究移民在水电建设过程中以土地为代价,分别以一次性补偿、逐年补偿和土地作价入股的方式在电站建设以及后续运行过程中获得的收益,建立数学模型,并对收益值进行对比分析,研究一定条件下移民群体在整个电站利益共享架构中所得收益值的最大化途径。
In a hydropower construction project,immigrants lose their land and obtain compensation of different types,such as one-time compensation,annual compensation,and land price-based shares in the construction process and subsequent hydropower operations.The author establishes a dynamic mathematical model to analyze and compare the economic benefits of different types of the compensation,with the aim to find the best way of maximizing of immigrants’compensation income.
