摘要
水利项目中边坡及建基面的开挖控制要求较严格,直立边坡施工通过主爆孔、缓冲孔、预裂孔依次加密孔网参数,均匀布药,严格控制保留岩体质点峰值振动速度,选取合理的预裂孔爆破参数,对于裂隙发育的岩体可取得良好的爆破效果。水平建基面和缓倾斜建基面施工采用中深孔底部空气垫层松动一次成型爆破,省略了预裂孔的钻孔作业,可在保证建基面岩石稳定的情况下,达到设计的建基面规格要求,不仅能极大提高施工进度,而且取得了良好的经济效益。在类似的工程中具有一定的参考意义。
The excavation control requirements of slope and foundation surface in water Conservancy project are strict.The construction of vertical slope encrypts the parameters of the hole network through the main burst hole,buffer hole,and pre-crack hole,and evenly distributes the powder to strictly control the peak vibration speed of the retained rock mass point.The reasonable blasting parameters of pre-fissure hole can obtain good blasting effect for fractured rock mass.The construction of horizontal foundation surface and gently inclined foundation surface adopts a loosening,one-time forming blasting at the air cushion layer at the bottom of the deep hole.The drilling operation of the pre-crack hole is omitted,and the design of the foundation surface can be achieved under the condition of ensuring the stability of the foundation surface rock.Thus,the design requirements can be met,the construction progress greatly improved,and good economic benefits achieved.This paper may provide a reference for similar projects.
