This article takes a 10 kV feed-out switchgear as an example to analyze the working principle of the10 kV feeder cabinet circuit breaker control loop.The switchgear uses PMC-651 F protection and control device.This article puts forward the basic principles and ideas of secondary loop fault analysis and treatment,and analyzes the fault of the control loop of 10 kV feeder circuit breaker.It proposes the correct steps and methods for finding the fault point of the secondary loop and points out the various safety precautions in looking for faults.
