道德是实现了的道德定力,道德定力是实现着的道德。明大德是国家之根本,守公德是社会之大势,严私德是个人之操守,要做到三者"相辅相成"的有机统一,必须转化为人们自觉奉行的道德定力,尤其是现实的道德境况呼唤社会民众反思内省,要求社会民众积极涵养道德定力能力。

Morality is the completed realization of moral force;moral force is the ongoing realization of morality.Practicing the high morality is the foundation of country,respecting the morality is the trend of society,and being strict in personal morals is integrity.To achieve the mutual complementation of the three,the morality should be converted into moral concentration that people shall pursue,especially when the society demands moral introspection and moral awareness from people.
