摘要
药理学研究发现,黄芪黄酮具有较强的抗氧化性,可有效清除ROS、缓解氧化损伤等。综述了黄芪中黄酮类化合物的主要成分、提取工艺、功能等的研究进展情况。
Pharmacological studies have found that Astragalus flavonoids have strong antioxidant properties which can effectively remove ROS and alleviate oxidative damage.In this paper,the research progress of the main components,extraction technology and biological function of Astragalus flavonoids were reviewed.
