地榆油配合辛复宁治疗外阴HPV感染的疗效观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of mantle oil combined with Xinfuning in the treatment of vulvar HPV infection

目的:探讨采用地榆油配合辛复宁治疗外阴人乳头瘤状病毒(HPV)感染的效果。方法:收治外阴HPV感染患者120例,随机平分两组。对照组行辛复宁治疗,观察组予以辛复宁配合地榆油治疗。观察两组治疗效果、复发、不良反应情况及生活质量。结果:观察组总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率1.67%,低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组社会关系、物质生活、心理状况、生理功能评分分别为(83.29±2.42)分、(87.12±3.39)分、(81.90±3.04)分、(82.98±2.89)分,均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:外阴HPV感染采用地榆油配合辛复宁,效果较佳。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of mantle oil combined with Xinfuning in the treatment of vulvar HPV infection.Methods:120 patients with vulvar HPV infection were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with Xinfuning,and the observation group was treated with Xinfuning combined with mantle oil.The treatment effects,recurrence and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective probability(96.67%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence probability of the observation group was 1.67%,which was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the social,material,psychological,and physiological function scores of the observation group were(83.29±2.42),(87.12±3.39),(81.90±3.04),and(82.98±2.89),respectively higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vulvar HPV infection with mantle oil and Xinfuning,the effect is better.
