摘要
目的:探讨老年吞咽障碍患者经口进食评估及干预方法。方法:收治老年吞咽障碍患者125例,随机分两组,对照组直接进餐+常规护理,试验组给予进食评估+进食护理,分析两组患者的康复状态、营养状态、并发症发生率。结果:试验组康复状态、营养状态优于对照组,并发症发生率(6.45%vs 19.05%)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年吞咽障碍患者经口进食评估及护理干预效果显著,可以促进患者康复,降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To investigate the oral feeding evaluation and intervention methods in elderly patients with dysphagia.Methods:125 elderly patients with dysphagia were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups,the control group:direct meals and routine care,while the experimental group:eating evaluation combined with eating care,we analyzed the rehabilitation status,nutritional status and complication rate.Results:The rehabilitation status and nutritional status of the experimental group were better than those of the control group.The complication rate(6.45%vs 19.05%)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The elderly patients with dysphagia have a significant effect on oral feeding evaluation and nursing intervention,which can promote the rehabilitation of patients and reduce the incidence of complications.
