分析利用个性化护理干预对胃食管反流病患者生命质量的改善效果

Analysis of the effect of individualized nursing intervention on improving the quality of life of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease

目的:将个性化护理应用于胃食管反流病患者并对其在患者生命质量方面产生的影响加以分析。方法:收治胃食管反流病患者100例,将其随机分组如下,观察组50例给予个性化护理进行干预,对照组50例给予常规护理。结果:患者经上述治疗配以相关护理措施后,观察组患者生活质量、护理满意程度的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个性化护理可有效改善胃食管反流病患者生命质量。

Objective:To apply personalized nursing care to patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease and to analyze its impact on the quality of life.Methods:100 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease were selected,they were randomly divided into the following groups:50 patients in the observation group were given individualized nursing intervention,and 50 patients in the control group were given routine nursing.Results:After the above treatment combined with relevant nursing measures,the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.
