新疆阿克苏地区女性结核病防治知识水平及影响因素研究

Study on level and influencing factors of tuberculosis prevention knowledge among women in Aksu

目的:调查新疆阿克苏地区女性结核病防治知识水平并探讨其影响因素。方法:采用问卷调查法便利抽取阿克苏地区女性居民进行调查。结果:调查对象的结核病防治知识总知晓率52.0%。多因素分析显示,文化程度和职业状况为阿克苏地区女性结核病防治知识知晓水平的影响因素(F=17.924,P<0.001)。结论:阿克苏地区女性结核病防治知识知晓水平偏低,低学历、无固定职业女性是今后健康教育的重点对象。

Objective:To explore the level of tuberculosis prevention knowledge among women in Aksu Prefecture and its influencing factors.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted to collect data in Aksu Prefecture.Results:Among the respondents,the total awareness rate of tuberculosis prevention knowledge was 52.0%.Multivariate analysis showed that education level and occupational status were the influencing factors(F=17.924,P<0.001).Conclusion:The level of tuberculosis knowledge among women in Aksu Prefecture should be further improved,especially in low-educated or unemployed women.
