摘要
采用碳酸钠、氧化钽和碳酸锂为原料,高温固相法合成并制备了掺杂锂的Na_2TaO_3陶瓷。通过磁滞测试、拉曼光谱测试、LCR测试等,研究了其相关介电性能,结果发现样品均显示典型极化电场(P-E)滞后环,所有磁滞曲线都具备有损线性电介质的特性,且没有证据表明锂的掺入会引起铁电效应,温度和锂的含量均会对样品的介电损耗产生影响。
Li-doped Na2TaO3 ceramics were fabricated by reacting the appropriate quantities of Na2CO3、Ta2O5 and Li2CO3 via high temperature solid state reaction method.Dielectric properties and electric properties of this material were studied by hysteresis analysis,Raman test,LCR and so on.It was found that all samples had typical polarization electric field (P-E) hysteretic loop and all generally show the typical attributes of a lossy linear dielectrics.Besides,there was not any clear ferroelectric loops in Li-doped samples.Furthermore,both temperature and lithium content had effects on the dielectric loss of samples.
