关于校企深度合作推进产教融合的思考

Reflection on Promoting the Integration of Production and Education in Depth Cooperation Between Schools and Enterprises

校企合作、产教融合是职业院校办学的根本之路。国务院在2017年已出台了《关于深化产教融合的若干意见》(以下简称《意见》),但当前校企合作、产教融合仍处于较浅层次:合作水平不高,企业缺乏主动性和自觉性,主体作用不强,合作模式较为松散,激励保障政策有待进一步健全。因此,必须建立校企深度合作和产教融合的联动工作机制,出台《意见》的实施细则,搭建校企合作平台,建立健全互补性制度,成立产教融合发展联盟。院校应主动调整服务方向与内容,行业企业则必须发挥重要主体作用,这样才能使校企合作走向深入,达到双方"共赢"的目标。

School-enterprise cooperation and integration of production and education are the fundamental ways for vocational colleges to run schools.Although the State Council promulgated a number of opinions on deepening the integration of industry and education in 2017(hereinafter referred to as"opinions"),at present,school-enterprise cooperation and integration of industry and education are still at a relatively shallow level,enterprises lack initiative and consciousness,the main role is not strong,the mode of cooperation is relatively loose,and the incentive and guarantee policies need to be further improved.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a linkage mechanism of deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,integration of industry and education,promulgate the implementation rules of the Opinions,build a platform for cooperation,establish and improve complementary system,and establish a development alliance of integration of industry and education.Colleges should take the initiative to adjust the direction and content of services,and industry enterprises must play an important role in order to achieve the goal of"win-win"between the two sides.
