传统职业指导受专业发展、师资队伍和课程学时数的限制,存在着指导形式单一、内容陈旧、信息量少、缺乏全程有效性等问题。"两微一端"能利用"移动客户端"的应用操作,提高职业指导内容的实效性;利用"微信""微博"的双向互动,提高职业指导内容的感染力;搭建网络共享资源库,拓宽职业指导师资交流渠道;设置"企业面对面"交流平台,建立企业和学生的学徒双选制,分类指导,双向互动,全面贯彻,让职业指导的功能最大化、内容更全面、指导效果更深入,形成校、企、生三者共赢的良好局面。

The traditional career guidance,due to the focus of professional development,the limited number of teachers and the number of curriculum hours,leads to the problems of single career guidance form,old content,less information and lack of effectiveness.The"two micro end"develops the application of"mobile client"to improve the effectiveness of professional guidance content,and uses the two-way interaction of"WeChat"and"Micro-blog"to improve the appeal of professional guidance content,sets up the network sharing resource base,widens the communication channel of vocational guidance teachers,sets up the"face to face"exchange platform,establishes the apprenticeship system of enterprises and students,guides the classification,makes two-way interaction and fully implement,makes the maximum function of the vocational guidance,makes the content more comprehensive and guides the effect more deeply,and forms a good situation in which the school,the enterprise,and the students win together.
