摘要
教育属于公共服务供给范畴。由于市场失灵和政府缺位的存在,需求理论主张非政府组织参与公共服务供给。在我国,社会公益组织作为重要的社会力量,对解决留守儿童教育问题发挥着重要的作用。从公共服务的视角,以社会公益组织为主线,通过基于江西微爱公益组织参与农村留守儿童教育的质性调查,探索建立社会公益组织与政府、高校、媒体、企业互动合作的"五位一体"模式,并探求其中的介入逻辑与运转规律,力求形成良好的社会循环效应。
Education belongs to the scope of public service supply.Because of market failure and government absence,the demand theory advocates non-governmental organizations to participate in public service supply.In China,as an important social force,social public welfare organizations play an important role in solving education problems of left-behind children.From the perspective of public service,taking the social public welfare organizations as the main line,through the qualitative investigation of Jiangxi Welove participating in the education of rural left-behind children,this paper explores the establishment of the"five-in-one"mode of interaction and cooperation between social public welfare organizations and the government,universities,media and enterprises,and explores the logic and operation rule to form a good social cycle effect.
