应对教育突发事件的舆论导向研究——以河南濮阳小学踩踏事件为例

摘要 教育事业的发展需要正面、积极的舆论环境。笔者以清博舆情数据库为主要数据来源,集中对河南濮阳小学踩踏事件的新闻舆论进行案例分析,在归纳、演绎分析之后发现,目前教育新闻舆论呈现出传播渠道和方式多元,动态性强、更新快,自发性强、真实性有待探究以及主流媒体错失引导先机、反应迟钝等特点。因此,教育新闻舆论的发展还应坚持正确的导向,抓住根本问题,及时抢占话语权,加强不同舆论场之间的交流。唯有如此,才能营造一个有利于教育发展的积极向上的舆论环境。 The development of education needs a positive public opinion environment urgently.After focusing on the data of Qingbo public opinion database of the stampede incident at Puyang primary school in Henan province by using an empirical investigation,we found some features that the current transmission channel is multivariate,the speed of update is fast,the authenticity is needed to explore and mainstream media is slow in reacting,etc.We can accordingly put forward to adhere to the correct orientation,grasp the fundamental problems,seize the right to speak in a timely manner and strengthen the exchanges among different public opinion fields to promote the development of education.
