随着我国教育改革的不断推进,高职教育的作用也逐渐凸显出来,作为中国高等教育的一个重要组成部分,高职院校能够培养更多专职人才,不断提升专业职工的业务能力。创新创业型人才的培养也是高职院校最主要的目标,使得高职院校的学生往更加全面的方向发展。现阶段创新创业型人才的培养体系还存在着一定的问题,教育部门也应该在相关人才培养模式上不断进行实践和探索,确定出最适合高职院校发展的人才培养模式。
