摘要
"心理契约"是组织与成员关系发展中为达成一定目标的责任约定。在高职院校学生干部中间开展团辅活动,促进学生干部群体间心理契约的感知,可实现工作绩效的提升。通过对高职院校36名学生干部6周团体心理辅导,3个月后对辅导的效果进行评估考察,探讨团辅活动的作用,旨在探讨高职院校学生干部培养的新途径、新方法。
"Psychological contract"is a kind of responsibility agreement between organization and its members in order to achieve certain goals.In order to promote the perception of psychological contract among student cadres and improve their work performance,league activities are carried out among student cadres in higher vocational colleges.Through the group psychological counseling of 36 student cadres in higher vocational colleges for 6 weeks and the evaluation of the effect of the counseling after 3 months,this paper probes into the function of the group psychological counseling,in order to explore new ways and new methods for the cultivation of student cadres in higher vocational colleges.
