“互联网+”背景下残疾人就业问题研究

Research on the Employment of the Disabled in the Context of “Internet Plus”

"互联网+"的兴起加速了传统行业的转型升级,同时在增强残疾人就业技能、打破信息障碍、拓宽就业形式、提升就业层次上发挥了重要效能,为残疾人就业带来新的机遇。但在发展过程中也呈现出残疾人技能水平偏低、就业岗位供需矛盾显著、互联网就业保障力度不足的问题。可从残疾人综合素质、社会环境以及政府全面统筹三个角度出发,发挥政府、社会、个人三者的多元主体作用,全过程保障互联网在促进残疾人就业中发挥出更大潜能。

Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood.The rise of Internet has promoted the transformation and upgrade of the traditional industries.At the same time,it has played an important role in enhancing the employment skills,breaking down information barriers,expanding employment forms and promoting employment levels of the disabled,which brought new opportunities for disabled employment.However,in the process of development,there still exist questions in skills,employment positions and employment policies.Therefore,we should improve the comprehensive quality of the disabled,create a good social environment for the disabled,and strengthening government administration to help the Internet play a greater role in promoting employment of people with disabilities.
