摘要
PLC作为工业应用的重要组成部分,随着数字化和智能化的需求和发展,对实时性要求越来越高,但目前市场上的PLC多为解释型PLC,实时性较差。通过对比解释型和编译型PLC,为同时兼顾解释型PLC可调试和编译型PLC快速执行的优点,本文采用德国Inforteam的OpenPCS作为IEC 61131-3程序的开发系统,SmartPLC Embedded RTS作为运行系统,研究和实现了基于Cortex-M4处理器的嵌入式PLC。
PLC is an important component of industrial applications,with the development of digital and intelligent,real-time is increasingly demanded.However,the PLC on the market are mostly interpreted,and real-time is poor.Through the compare of interpreted and complied PLC,the debug advantage of interpreted and the high efficient advantage of complied PLC are token into account,OpenPCS is used as program development enviroment,SmartPLC Embedded RTS is used as the system,the embedded PLC is designed based on Cortex-M4.
