心理资本研究综述及对高校体育教师心理资本研究的思考 被引量:2

摘要 本研究主要运用文献资料法对心理资本的研究现状和发展进行评述,并对高校体育教师心理资本的研究进行思考。从现有的研究来看,心理资本概念是一个多维的构念,其测量量表也在不断地发展,希望、自信、乐观和韧性是心理资本的核心要素;状态论、特质论、类状态和综合论是心理资本内涵特征的4种类型;心理资本对结果变量作用机制的模型主要有5种。在心理资本对前因变量和结果变量的影响及作用机理的研究中,对结果变量的一般性研究较多。Luthans开发的干预模型是心理资本干预管理研究的一个重大成果,被广泛用于实践,心理资本在EAP中的高度融合,实现了心理资本在实践中的飞跃发展。研究的启示主要包括:心理资本的内涵及测量的研究会更加全面、更加细致和深入,"他评式"量表的应用将会受到重视;结合其他学科和理论对心理资本影响的前因变量和结果变量的研究将会更加全面。对高校体育教师心理资本不同层次、不同群体的研究会更加深入展开。对高校教师心理资本干预的研究将会受到研究者和人力资源部门的高度重视。心理资本对个人潜力的发挥、团队绩效的提升将会日显突出。 The research mainly uses the literature data method to review the research present situation and the development tendency of the psychological capital, and puts forward considerations on university physical education teacher psychological capital research. From the existing research, the concept of mental capital is a multidimensional construct, and its measurement scale is developing constantly, hope, self-confidence, optimism and toughness are the core elements of psychological capital. State theory, trait theory, class state and synthesis theory are the 4 types of psychological capital connotation. There are 5 models of the mechanism of psychological capital's effect on the result variable. The research on the effect and mechanism of the psychological capital on the antecedent variable and the result variable is more about the general study of the result variable. The intervention model developed by Luthans is an important achievement in the research of psychological capital intervention management, which is widely used in practice, and the high integration of psychological capital in EAP realizes the leap development of psychological capital in practice. The main implications of the study include: the connotation of psychological capital and the study of measurement will be more comprehensive, more detailed and thorough,"others evaluation" scale will be paid more attention, combined with other disciplines and theories on the impact of psychological capital of the antecedent variables and the results of the study will be more comprehensive. The research on different levels and groups of psychological capital of P.E. teachers in colleges and universities will be further expanded. The research on the intervention of college teachers’ psychological capital will be highly valued by researchers. The role of psychological capital in promoting personal potential and team performance will be enhanced.
