中学课堂中SAQ训练法的实验研究——以篮球课程教学为例 被引量:8

摘要 本文以中学体育课程中SAQ训练法的运用为研究对象,以沈阳市XX学校中学部的教学实验为例,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、教学实验法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,结合多年教学经验以及中学生课程练习的相关方法对本教学实验进行研究与分析。发现通过相应的SAQ训练能够有效的提升中学生速度、灵敏性、协调性,有效的提升学生篮球技术练习效果,学生学习兴趣有了明显改善,但与传统课堂练习相比学生的爆发力没有显著增强。 This paper takes the application of SAQ training method in middle school physical education curriculum as the research object. Through the teaching experiment of a certain school middle school in Shenyang City as an example, this paper uses the literature data method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, teaching experiment method, mathematical statistics method, and logical analysis method to study and analyze on this experiment combining with years of teaching experience and middle school students practice the relevant methods of teaching experiments. It is found that SAQ training of students can improve the speed, sensitivity and coordination of middle school students effectively, and the students' interest in learning is improved obviously. However, there is no significant increase in the explosive power of students compared with the traditional exercises approach.
