Survey and Analysis on Factors Influencing the Learning Style of Physical Education Majors

学风是指学院制度监督下,学生在学习中形成的学习风气,它从学校的制度管理体系、教师的师德教风、学生的自身培养三个方面体现出来。通过调查山西师范大学体育教育专业学生的学风现状,进一步分析内外环境因素对学生学风的影响,外环境中学院制度完善,但制度流于形式,监督落实不到位;教师缺乏对学生的课堂管理和课后学习的监督检查。内环境中学生对当前学风现状满意程度较低,而现实中学生对当前学风现状与自我满足有出入,学生对学风认识不够。针对这些问题进行原因分析,提出改善学风的建议,推动学校的学风建设向好的方向发展。

Study style refers to the learning style of students under the supervision of college regulations, which is revealed from the system of school management, the moral status of teachers and cultivation of students. Through investigation on the learning style status of PE majors in Shanxi Normal University, this paper makes further discussion on the influence from both internal and external atmosphere. For external factors, the college regulations are complete only in form and are in lack of supervision, and teachers are not doing enough in class management and after class supervision;from internal factors, students are not satisfied with current learning style, which means the learning style fails to meet the needs of students, and meanwhile, students are in lack of cognition on the style. The paper makes cause analysis on these problems, puts forward improvement suggestions, and aims to promote the development of college learning style construction.
