许昌市企业职工休闲体育活动开展状况调查研究

Investigation on the Development of Leisure Sports Activities among Enterprise Employees in Xuchang

随着市场经济的不断发展,人们工作量和强度也在增大,本文以许昌市企业职工休闲体育活动开展状况为研究对象,发现政府和企业高度重视全民健身事业,全民健身公共服务体系初步形成。许昌市企业职工在工作之余的休闲生活也越来越丰富。但是,与此同时,也发现一些问题:职工参加体育活动的项目分散;频率较少,时间较短;态度消极;参加体育锻炼的场地设施不足;消费水平不高。客观因素:企业职工由于大多数精力和时间都放在了工作和家庭上,却忽视了运动的重要性,以至于身体素质越来越差,另外还受到余暇时间、体育设施、工作负担、经济制约等因素的影响。许昌市政府应该大力加强培养与树立职工体育活动的意识与培养全体职工参与体育锻炼的习惯,加快我国全民健身计划目标的实现。

With the continuous development of market economy and the increase of people's workload and intensity, taking the leisure sports activities of employees in enterprises in Xuchang as the research object, it is found that the government and enterprises attach great importance to the cause of national fitness, and the public service system of national fitness has initially formed. The leisure life of employees in Xuchang is more and more abundant after work. However, we also find some problems: the sport events of employees are scattered;the frequency is less, the time is shorter;the attitude is negative;the sports facilities are insufficient;the consumption level is not high;objective factors: because most of the energy and time of employees in enterprises are focused on work and family, they are negligent. In view of the importance of sports, physical fitness is getting worse and worse. In addition, it is also affected by leisure time, sports facilities, workload, economic constraints and other factors. Xuchang Municipal Government should vigorously strengthen the cultivation and establishment of stuffs' awareness of sports activities, cultivate the habit of all employees participating in physical exercise, and accelerate the realization of the goal of the national fitness program.
