手机健身类软件健身效果的实验研究——以keep健身软件HIIT燃脂初级操为例 被引量:2

Experimental Study on the Effect of Mobile Fitness Applications——Take KEEP HIIT Calorie Burning Primary Exercise as An Example

摘要 本文通过文献资料法、实验探究法、数理统计法等(运用SPSS软件,Ⅰ类错误α取0. 05),分析比较实施Keep健身软件HIIT燃脂初级操与相同耗氧量的中强度有氧持续训练(Aerobic Continuous Training,ACT)对青年肥胖男、女性全身脂肪百分比(Fat%)及体重的影响。研究得出以下结论:运动频率为4次/周,每次21min的Keep健身软件HIIT燃脂初级操训练与相同运动时间、运动强度的有氧运动训练可以减少受试者体脂肪量及体重。受试者体重及Fat%变化值在两组运动干预下不相同,有氧持续训练运动干预下的受试者体重及Fat%变化值略大于Keep健身软件HIIT燃脂初级操运动干预下的受试者体重及Fat%。两种不同运动方案干预下的减脂效果无统计学显著差异。两种运动方案在减脂效果上训练前后均无统计学显著差异。 Based on the literature method, experiment exploring method, and mathematical statistics method, using SPSS software withⅠerrors of alpha 0.05, the influence on fat% and bodyweight of obese youth is comparatively studied through KEEP HIIT primary exercise and ACT. It is concluded that objects under both a 4 times a week KEEP exercise with 21 minutes each time as well as a same duration and intensity ACT shows decline in fat% and bodyweight, while the effect of ACT is a little better than KEEP. The 2 methods shows no statistically difference on the effect of fat loosing neither before nor after exercise.
