摘要
本文以文献资料法、逻辑分析法为主,对我国体育教师职业倦怠进行了研究探析,将体育教师的职责倦怠研究现状进行了划分,即萌芽、发展、繁盛和停滞阶段,并在此基础上总结出了每个阶段取得的研究成果以及存在的不足,对近20年体育教师职业倦怠的研究历程进行了回顾和展望。
Dominated by research methods such as literature and logic analysis, this paper researches on the occupational burnout of Chines PE teachers, and divides the burnout research status in to 4 stages of germination, development, prosperity and lag standstill. Furthermore, research achievements and the deficiency existed in each stage is concluded to make review and prospect on the research process on this topic in the past 2 decades.
