Research progress and practice of ecological compensation in China and abroad

生态补偿机制的建立是我国生态文明建设的重要内容。本研究从生态补偿的基本概念和理论基础出发,梳理了国内外生态补偿的理论研究和具体实践,概述了国内外生态补偿研究及实践在补偿主客体、补偿方式、补偿标准、补偿绩效评价等方面的进展,提出我国生态补偿实施的相关建议,为国内生态补偿工作的开展提供参考。

The establishment of ecological compensation mechanism is an important content of ecological civilization construction in China.This research starting from the basic concept and theoretical basis of ecological compensation,combed the theory research and practice of ecological compensation in China and abroad.And also summarized the progress of compensation subject,compensation mode,compensation standards and performance evaluation of these studies and practice.At the end,this research also gave some suggestions on the implementation of ecological compensation,in order to provide reference for the development of ecological compensation in China.
