危险废物安全填埋场建设质量控制研究

Control of the hazardous waste landfill construction quality

针对国内危险废物日益严峻的形势,安全填埋已成为一种有效而重要的最终处置方法。高标准、高质量的填埋场是进行安全填埋的必要前提和重要保障。安全填埋场的建设是一项系统性工程,工序较为复杂,隐蔽工程较多,环境风险更高。根据广东省危险废物综合处理示范中心多年的建设及运营经验,分别从选址、防渗设计、清污分流、土建、防渗施工等多因素对填埋场建设质量控制过程进行探究。其中,防渗系统双衬层结构的设计及其施工管理尤为关键。

In view of the increasing severe situation of the hazardous waste in China,safe landfill has become an effective and important final disposal method.High standard and high quality of landfill is the prerequisite and guarantee for safe disposal.The construction of landfill is a systematic project with many complicated processes,covert engineering and higher environmental risk.According to years of construction and practical operation experience of Guangdong hazardous waste disposal demonstration center,the factors including site selection,antiseepage system design and construction,effluent segregation design,civil engineering,etc.,which significantly affect the construction quality are respectively emphasized.The engineering design and construction control of antiseepage layer are particularly important.
