摘要
现有的学科评估普遍存在声望调查法不客观、量化评估法缺乏代表性、评价指标缺少人才培养质量因素的问题。本研究借鉴期刊引文分析和PageRank网页排序判定质量的基本原理,基于博士毕业院校与就业院校之间互聘网络的客观数据,提出在现有的学科排名体系中增加客观的人才培养质量的维度,以解决学科评估中的问题。博士互聘网络中博士和学系基于利益最大化的相互选择,既代表了学科点博士培养的质量,形成的学科之间自然的同行评议过程,同时网络数据又具有客观可量化的优势。本研究基于中国社会学博士互聘网络的数据,对比分析历次学科评估的结果与博士互聘网络排序结果的差异,发现结果具有很强的一致性。但是,基于博士互聘网络排序的学科排名仅体现了博士学术就业质量,缺少海归学者质量分析。
The existing subject evaluation method is not objective;the quantitative assessment method is not representative;there is a lack of quality factors in the evaluation index.This study draws on the basic principle of journal citation analysis and PageRank webpage ranking judgment quality.Based on the objective data of mutual-hire networks between PhD graduates and employment institutions,this study proposes increasing the objective quality of personnel training in the existing subject ranking system dimension to solve the three major issues in subject evaluation.Based on the maximization of mutual benefits,PhDs and faculties represent both the quality of doctoral programs in disciplines and the natural process of peer review among disciplines,while network data are objective and quantifiable.This study,based on the data of Chinese sociology Ph.D.network,compares the results of previous disciplines evaluation and Ph.D.network sorting results.It is founded out that that the results have strong consistency.Finally,this study points out that the ranking of disciplines based on Ph.D.ranked by network of hirers has the limitation of using only the academic quality of PhDs and lacks quality analysis of overseas returnees.
