在现代化社会发展中,我国市场经济体制发生了很大的改革,在很大程度上推动着我国企业经济的进一步发展,但在企业的经济管理过程中仍然存在一系列问题,严重阻碍了企业的发展。为了实现企业经济的持续、平稳发展,企业应该建立新型的经济管理模式。基于此,论文阐述了企业经济管理创新的重要作用,分析了新形势下我国企业经济管理中存在的问题,总结了新形势下企业经济管理的创新策略。

In the development of modern society,Chinese market economic system has undergone a great deal of reform,which has promoted the further development of economy of Chinese enterprises to a large extent.However,there are still a series of problems in the process of enterprise economic management,which has seriously hindered the development of enterprises.In order to realize the sustainable and stable development of enterprise economy,enterprises should establish a new economic management mode.Based on this,this paper expounds the importance of enterprise economic management innovation,analyzes the problems existing in the economic management of Chinese enterprises under the new situation,and summarizes the innovation strategies of enterprise economic management under the new situation.
