随着社会的发展和科学技术的进步,我国工程建设行业也得到了快速发展,越来越多的企业开始使用新的融资模式,即PPP模式。论文主要对PPP模式的定义、PPP项目的特点、PPP模式项目建设运营中的成本问题以及加强PPP模式下施工项目建设运营中的成本管理的策略做了简要论述,以供参考。

With the social development and the progress of science and technology,China's engineering construction industry has also developed rapidly.More and more enterprises have begun to use the new financing mode,that is,PPP mode.This paper mainly discusses the definition of PPP mode,the characteristics of PPP project,the cost problems existing in the construction and operation of PPP projects,and the strategy of strengthening the cost management in the construction and operation of the construction project under the PPP mode,for reference.
