With the rapid development of China's social economy,the living standard of the people has been gradually improved,which has also led to the rapid development of some industries,including construction projects.Although the construction project has been developed rapidly,there are still many problems in some projects related to the construction engineering.In the construction industry,the budget control of the project cost is an indispensable part,which has a strong influence on the long-term capital investment of the project.This paper analyzes the key points of the budget control of construction cost,and puts forward some effective measures,for reference.
