朋辈教育是思想政治教育公认的指导理念之一。论文以学生骨干为突破口,在学生骨干的分类培养过程中融入朋辈教育理念,有针对性地提高学生骨干的榜样示范作用,从而达到提高学生思想政治教育效果的目的。

Peer education is one of the accepted guiding principles of ideological and political education.This paper takes the backbone of students as the breakthrough point,integrates the peer education concept in the classified cultivation process of the backbone of students,and aims to improve the role model of the backbone of students,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the effect of ideological and political education of students.
