Discussion on the Training Mode of Modern Automobile Repair Talents

近年来,随着我国汽车使用人数的不断增多,随处可见的汽车维修站,为车辆使用者提供了便利的维修与检测条件。但是,目前很多汽车维修人员在专业方面存在许多不足,在一定程度上阻碍了行业的良好发展。针对这个问题,论文就如何建立现代汽车修理人才培养模式进行了探讨与分析。

In recent years,with the increasing number of car users in China,automobile maintenance stations can be seen everywhere,which can provide convenient conditions for vehicle users to repair and test.However,many auto maintenance personnel have many shortcomings in the professional aspect,which hinders the good development of the industry to a certain extent.Aiming at this problem,this paper discusses and analyzes how to establish the training mode of modern automobile repair talents.
