摘要
人才资源是企业的核心资源,招聘质量的高低直接影响着人才资源的竞争力和企业的健康发展。论文首先阐述了招聘工作对企业的重要作用;其次结合理论知识和招聘实践,针对性地提出了企业提高招聘质量的建议与对策。
Human resources are the core resources of enterprises.The recruitment quality directly affects the competitiveness of human resources and the healthy development of enterprises.Firstly,the paper expounds the important role of recruitment in enterprises,and then puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for enterprises to improve the recruitment quality combined with the theoretical knowledge and recruitment practice.
