摘要
目前渤海油田水平井多数采取裸眼优质筛管完井的方式,随着油田开发的不断深入,筛管破损导致出砂的生产井日益增多。统计显示,因出砂造成的大修作业井次占每年大修井总数的10%左右,严重制约了油田的正常生产。论文分别介绍了5种水平井筛管破损治理的措施,从工艺原理、施工难度、复产有效期、作业费用等方面进行了对比分析,最后总结出目前适用于渤海油田水平井出砂治理不同工况的最佳工艺措施。
At present,most horizontal wells in Bohai oilfield are completed with open hole and high-quality screen.With the deep development of oilfield,the number of oil well caused by sand production is increasing.Statistics show that the number of major workover wells caused by sand production accounts for about 10%of the total number of major workover wells every year,which seriously restricts the normal production of oil fields.This paper introduces five kinds of treatment measures for screen damage in horizontal wells,and makes a comparative analysis from the aspects of technological principle,construction difficulty,effective period of reproduction and operating cost,and finally summarizes the best technological measures for sand production control in horizontal wells of Bohai oilfield under different working conditions.
