如何适应新工科建设需要,提高跨学科研究生培养质量,建立优质的跨校跨学科硕士研究生培养平台,是现今国内诸多高校面临的重要问题。基于对中国矿业大学跨学科人才培养现状分析,从学生专业基础、教学模式、培养体系及导师知识结构等方面,指出当前国内高校推进跨学科研究生培养过程中存在的困难,提出改进的对策及深入研究的建议。

How to adapt to the needs of emerging engineering, improve the quality of interdisciplinary postgraduate training, and establish a quality cross-school interdisciplinary postgraduate training platform is an important issue facing many universities in China today. Based on the analysis of the status quo of interdisciplinary talents cultivation in our university, we pointed out the diffi culties exis-ting in promoting the cultivation of interdisciplinary postgraduates in the current domestic universities from the aspects of students’ professional foundation, teaching model, training system, and tutor knowledge structure, and put forward improved countermeasures and research suggestions.
