Exploration and Research about Training Model of Talents is based on Integration of Production and Education

通过对当前高职教育建设环境与政策的分析,结合高职院校电子信息工程专业现状,以专业结构优化为切入点,基于产教融合,从修订人才培养方案、优化课程建设、改革教学方法、建设师资队伍、深化教学改革等方面对专业人才培养进行探索和研究。

The exploration and research about training model of talents basing on the Integration of Production and Education combines with the professional status of electronic information and engineering in higher vocational colleges through the analysis of the construction of environmental policy. This new research regards the optimization of professional structure as the basic rules. The research achieves on the following points: the revision of personnel training, the optimization of the curriculum construction, the reform of teaching methods, the teaching staff construction and the teaching reform exploration.
