原发性食管小细胞癌的诊疗进展

原发性食管小细胞癌是食管癌的一个少见类别,是发生于食管的神经内分泌肿瘤,其具有恶性程度高、预后差等特点.虽然发病较为罕见,但文献报道其发病率已呈明显上升趋势.目前食管小细胞癌的最佳治疗模式尚未确立,本文对于食管小细胞癌近年来的诊疗进展作一综述.

The primary esophageal small cell carcinoma is a rare category of esophageal neuroendocrine neoplasms characterized by high malignacy and poor prognosis. The incidence of the primary esophageal small cell carcinoma has significantly increased in recent years. However, practice guidelines that concern therapies and prognosis of the primary esophageal small cell carcinoma are still not well established. This article aims to outline recent advances in the clinical and therapeutic aspect of the primary esophageal small cell carcinoma.
